مشروع من النفايات إلى القيمة

تنفّذ إيلاف للإغاثة والتنمية مشروع "من النفايات إلى القيمة" في مدينتي الدانا وسرمدا بمحافظة إدلب. يهدف هذا المشروع إلى دعم جامعي النفايات العاملين في القطاع غير الرسمي من خلال توفير دخل ثابت، ومعدات وقاية شخصية، وفحوصات طبية دورية. كما يقدم تدريبات متخصصة في مجالات إعادة التدوير، والحقوق القانونية، والسلامة في بيئة العمل، إضافة إلى منح صغيرة لتأسيس مشاريع مدرة للدخل. يعزز المشروع دور 45 عاملاً، ويسهم في تعزيز الاندماج الاجتماعي، وخلق سبل عيش خضراء، وتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية.

تنفذ منظمة إيلاف للإغاثة والتنمية مشروع "من النفايات إلى القيمة" في مدينتي الدانا وسرمدا بمحافظة إدلب، بهدف دعم جامعي النفايات غير النظاميين وتحسين ظروف عملهم ومعيشتهم.

يهدف المشروع إلى تحسين ظروف العمل والمعيشة لجامعي النفايات من خلال:

توفير دخل شهري عبر برنامج "النقد مقابل العمل".
تزويد المستفيدين بمعدات وقاية شخصية (قفازات، سترات، خوذات، نظارات) لضمان سلامتهم أثناء العمل.
إجراء فحوصات طبية دورية للحفاظ على صحتهم.
تقديم تدريبات متخصصة حول إعادة التدوير، والإدارة الآمنة للنفايات، والتوعية بمخاطر المخلفات غير المنفجرة (UXO).
عقد جلسات توعية قانونية حول حقوق العمال والحماية الاجتماعية.
منح صغيرة لإنشاء مشروعات تدوير مصغرة تضمن دخلاً مستداماً.

يدعم المشروع بشكل مباشر 45 عاملاً (من بينهم نساء وأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة)، ويعود بالنفع غير المباشر على أكثر من 135 فرداً من أسرهم ومجتمعاتهم المحلية.

من خلال هذه المبادرة، تسعى إيلاف للإغاثة والتنمية إلى تحويل التحديات إلى فرص عبر تمكين العمال، وتعزيز الاندماج الاجتماعي، وحماية البيئة، مع دعم بناء اقتصاد دائري محلي.
