How to Request Information:

For information not available on our website, stakeholders and interested parties can contact ELAF RD via email at [email protected]. Each application should include specific details and dates relevant to the information requested.

Information Request Handling:

  • Requests will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
  • Responses will be provided within 20 working days.
  • Rejected requests will be accompanied by clear reasons for denial.

Access Denied:

Requests may be declined for reasons such as lack of good faith, malicious intent, potential security risks, privacy concerns, confidentiality breaches, copyright restrictions, or disproportionate time or financial costs.

Languages:

All ELAF RD information is available in Arabic, English and Turkish, with certain policies translated into three languages.

Historical Information:

Efforts will be made to process historical information requests, recognizing that some details may not be readily available.

Appeals Process:

Applicants dissatisfied with outcomes can utilize our appeals process, which will be reviewed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
